Made a reservation at 9 AM for a 930 AM pickup. Location was only 12 minutes from my house. However the store didn’t get notified of the reservation. The store had the equipment but didn’t realize we were to pickup. Reservation system needs to be better.

Brett SThis was not the location that I made my reservation 1 month prior. In fact it was 3 times the distance for me. Owner was nice, just wasn’t a very efficient process for pick up.

James MJames was a huge help. Luckily I called ahead and he informed me there was no furniture dolly available at his location. That enabled me to call corporate whom I thought could fix the problem. They did not… stating that it was on me to make another stop and rent a dolly as a walk-in. None of the other rental facilities I called would do that for me, so I was left to find one at the local hardware store. Not really very good customer service by U-Haul. But excellent service from James at Marty’s rental.
