Dude was cool!
Mickey MMade a reservation at 9 AM for a 930 AM pickup. Location was only 12 minutes from my house. However the store didn’t get notified of the reservation. The store had the equipment but didn’t realize we were to pickup. Reservation system needs to be better.
WILLIAM YHours of operation are limited, unable to pickup in the afternoon will limit future rentals.
Brett SThis was not the location that I made my reservation 1 month prior. In fact it was 3 times the distance for me. Owner was nice, just wasn’t a very efficient process for pick up.
