I never saw anyone at tis location. I tried to call him but got no answer. I called the uhaul number on the app and a nice lady helped with the return. There was some mix up on the paper work some way. my paper work showed return to Helena, Ak which is where I scheduled the return. I had a call from the Uhaul company in Clarksdale, MS saying I was supposed to return my trailer to his location. I pulled up my contract and it showed Helena. I called the Clarksdale office back to let him know what my contract said and he said he had talked to Helena and every thing was good.
JAMES LCollier Collectibles was friendly and helpful. He wasn't there (it was during the lunch hour) when I dropped my rental off, but contacted me and instructed me what to do. About 30 minutes later he contacted me again and told me he had checked me in. Everything went smoothly.
JOHN OThere was no one at the location when we arrived. I did speak to the person on the phone who told me where to put the vehicle and the keys at.
JON SUser friendly website! Attempted to reserve for a local two use. Could not get u haul but was charged based on initial request. Not able to modify change. Upon return, using bar code became problematic. Finally just put keys in drop box and left the dropoff site. Then received an additional charge.
