Location closed front door early and had I wait for assistance. App wasn’t working properly and although I did not click saying I retrieved the keys from the office it pushed me forward. There should easier access for the keys if you want customers to go through the app. I used the vehicle in town and put 9 miles on it. The truck was great, the price was great. The location added a fuel fee $30 plus 4 gallons for additional $27.00. They tried to add $57 when I returned the truck with more gas than it original had plus come on I used the truck for 9 miles and you want to say it needs 4 gallons? I called and alisa was wonderful and fast at returning the charges in part because I had taken photos but wonder what would have happened if I didn’t have the photos. All in all price truck and alisa were great but I don’t appreciate trying add unnecessary charges and excessive at that.

This is the first time I went to this location, I usually use the U-Haul off of State Street in Hemet. I got there about 10 min early after having to go ask directions, there are no visible signs of a U-HAUL. I parks by a garage door that was closed No one was there, I knocked on door no answer but there were a lot of cars there, most real dirty and looking like they don’t work. About 10 after nine guy pulls in and parks, I asked him if he worked there he said yes, I asked if this is U-Haul he said yes, I asked if he had a key to get in he said no! About 20 minutes after another guy pulls up , and I was told he was the boss. He did not speak to me no greetings, the only thing he said is can I move my car, the handicap parking space had an old car parked with no handicap sign. So I took pictures to report to ADA. I had to park at the end. Long story short I got the truck. Returning the U-Haul on Sunnymead in Moreno Valley, I got better treatment . A guy named DILLION WAS VERY NICE AND PERSONABLE.
ANGELA DThe place was very frustrating. I was constantly being told they were just the "middle man" and could not waive fees or answer questions. I wanted to know if I was 30-45 minutes late, would I be charged another day? When I called U-Haul, I was told it was up to the location from which I picked up the truck. I told them that I had called them first, and they told me they had nothing to do with it, that it was up to U-Haul. She could hear the frustration in my voice, because this had taken 45 minutes so far, so she called Hemet Auto Air to have the fee waived for me.
