When we showed up to get our trailer the s-hooks on the chains were too pushed together to hook onto our hitch. We brainstormed with the staff and decided we would go to the store and buy some quick links to help. But when we got back they were closed. They didn’t let us know they were closing soon. We had to call the U-haul company and have them help us get the trailer so we could take it for our rental period.
