Have staff available and trained to deal with rental customers. The girl that was there was not familiar with the process, and it caused a minor hiccup with the rental. It all worked out, but still kind of a hassle.

Nothing all was excellant
JAMES WIf you plan to get your uhaul early in the morning, I suggest you do the online pick up yourself. I had to wait for someone to wake the owner up to have him drive to the store to get my ordered truck to me. I was supposed to have it picked up and gone by 8 and did not leave out of there until after 9.
