My drop off location was changed the day before I returned the trailer, and I did not see the text. I went to the original drop off location at 0700 hrs. and was told that I needed to return the trailer to a different location about 5 minutes away. I went to the other location and they were closed. They did not open until 0900 hrs. The location was poorly marked, and I had no idea where to leave the trailer. There was also no information posted about how to make a return after hours. They only had a drop box for keys. I went to your website and was able to figure out how to do a self-return. All in all, the return process sucked and wasted a couple hours of my time.
