We had to remove wires and trailer from hitch...first time for that.

Maybe the pickup location set a standard of customer service that not all sites can achieve. Basically I was forced to figure out and use the app process - I wish I had been told this upfront.
WENDY TOnly reason the rating isn't better is because of the new way you want everything entered. A pain in the a$$. The young man at the pick up didn't know exactly how to do it but worked his butt of to get done. A++++ for him. D- for Uhaul on this one.
Steve FLux auto was great! It was the drop off situation and the customer service representatives that were horrible. Charging me $400 for 50 miles. Ill never rent from uhaul again and definitely wont recommend. In fact Ill make this situation well known.
