When I dropped off my truck at the drop off location, the business was open, but the only employee present didn’t speak any English. Just enough to say, “no English”. He called his supervisor I guess, who told me over the phone to just leave the keys and he would check the truck in. A few hours later I received a phone call from uhaul, checking to see why the truck wasn’t checked in on time (I dropped it off before due date/time). I still have yet to receive my email receipt, 15hrs after dropping. I had to call uhaul (not this location), to verify drop off check in had been completed, which it was. Not a huge deal, but pretty unprofessional and lame.

The gentleman was very polite upon picking up the trailer. When returning, they assisted with unloading the trailer, but did not offer a receipt. I shook the representative's hand as he said everything was good. The next night they called to ask if I was extending the rental. He said no one had completed the return on the computer and they did not know it was available to rent. That had made me nervous about the logistics of the transaction.
