The location was closed at the posted opened hours. Nobody was there and nobody answered repeated phone calls.
Gary MThe air conditioner blender door does not seem to work properly. No matter what setting the knob was on, it only blew out the floor vents and the defrost vents. It was 94° today. I really could have used the air conditioner blowing on my face and chest.

Harald KHave the truck available where it was reserved without double booking. Have the additional equipment in the truck when rented not have the customer run all over town to pick up a truck at another location then pick up a dolly at yet another. Have the truck clean from the prior customers use. Be more through in your communications on check in and out of the vehicle and the instructions. Offer a credit towards the final bill for the inconvenience caused by your company to the customer.
