I paid for a dolly to be included. When I picked up the truck there was no dolly. And the place was closed in the middle of the day

SABRINA SThis was my first time renting from this location. I will definitely use them again and refer them.
William NPlace looked abandoned in the middle of nowhere, an alarm keep going off that we were trespassing and being recorded when trying to locate our truck. App was not working and had to call customer service which they guide us easily to the process, we were late and she kindly explained that was the reason it was not allowing us to pick up the truck, agent quickly enabled the service again while on the phone and we were able to locate and pick up the truck.
