Didn’t know commination to the code, not the correct dolly, check engine light in, charged us extra for gas. Never again!

Offered to turn in vehicle upon return but the info provided was wrong and I’m now paying $60 more than last year. Plus I paid for gas to go in the vehicle on my own card yet then also charged a fuel surcharge. I won’t be renting from U-Haul again.
