We called to confirm our drop off location and they changed our location. We then got charged the extra miles we had to travel to our drop off location they changed. The lady on the phone to confirm drop off location was very rude

Location was fine but the trailer was super beat up and filthy dirty. I had to sweep it twice before I could use it
BRYCE WHaving a location that is on any surface besides mud. I tracked mud into the cab due to the location surfacing being dirt, but after a snow. I like to leave things better than I received them, but time was not on my side, so I had to leave it chalky for the next customer. I liked that I was able to connect to a U-Haul specialist on a weekend. That made my spontaneous U-Haul use functional.
