Horrible and traumatic experience – complete waste of time I had a confirmed reservation made in advance through the official U-Haul app, but my experience at this third-party U-Haul location inside a gas station was absolutely horrible. The woman assisting me—a blonde employee—provided incorrect and misleading information about my contract, claiming that I would be charged $100 per day after dropping the truck off in Pembroke Pines, which was never stated in my reservation or agreement. Despite me clearly explaining what my contract showed, she refused to honor it and continued making excuses while giving conflicting information. I eventually told her that I was going to contact U-Haul customer service because my contract was not being honored. Only after she saw me contacting U-Haul, she called me back and suddenly stated that she had “reviewed the document again” and could now honor the contract, confirming that the drop-off in Pembroke Pines was in fact allowed. This entire situation caused me to lose over two hours on a day when I urgently needed the truck to move. I was under extreme pressure, very anxious, and had no flexibility to delay my move. The fact that the contract was honored only after I contacted U-Haul shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. This experience was incredibly frustrating and honestly traumatic. If this location is representing U-Haul, it seriously damages the brand. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and using only official U-Haul centers with properly trained staff.

victor cThis facility has no clue on how the process is done they have to ask eachother on how to process a rental. Aside this its been 3 times that they over charge for things such as fuel when truck is returned with same amount of fuel when pick up. Have had to dispute several times.
