The location was a problem. I Didn't really know where to go if it wasn't for the pictures. So if I had any problems I wouldn't know who i could speak to in person about my rental. I only did it with the lock box. I didn't see the name of multi services until the end. it was in this place called "carga y envio" and the multi service name is just below it that was hard to notice if you really didn't read the sign. I would suggest that they have the other name as well as multi service name as the location name. Other than that. Rental was good.

Couldn’t drop at a different location

WILSON CThe process took a little long to verify. It was late and night time so it felt a little longer than it needed to be but I got the car and completed my tasks. Considering it was a last minute late self check out I expected there to be a delay. It was after hours and I didn’t go into store just mobile pick up from parking lot.
