Driver side wiper was busted, was handed the vehicle with 30 miles till empty and I had to return it with more gas than I was given. The day I picked it up, I got an email later that night saying my reservation was canceled. I was stuck on the phone with a UHaul agent that night trying to resolve the issue and he couldn’t. He then suggested I unload the UHaul and return it at the location. The next morning I luckily got an email confirming the UHaul reservation. I also ordered 12 UHaul blankets and only received 6. Another ripoff.
