Originally I had reserved a pickup location in Union City Tn. This was changed to this location in Hickman Ky and I was notified during my travel to Tenn. I reserved the Union City Location two weeks ahead of time for convenience. Changing to this location to me was not acceptable. Upon arrival this was handled remotely. After to had to wait for him to get a better cell signal to call me back several times. After I thought it was handled I realized that the dolly and pads were not there as requested. After a period of time he told me that his son would bring them to me. He assured me that he would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. He arrived 45 minutes later and his excuse was that he had another job and expected me to be okay with this. I have rented for U-Haul for many years and have never answered a customer survey for this company or any other. There are real problems with the Memphis coordination and specifically this location in Hickman. I do not appreciate the lack of professionalism or schedule changes that caused excess stress that a customer does not need in order to make it easier for U-Haul.

I will never ever recommend uhaul or that place to nobody I gave that guy my card to take money off he never did the. Find out he never dispatched truck out but gave us key whichbwas illegal what ifvwe will got pull over and truck wasn't dispatched out we could went jail for stolen vehicle I had call three different place ger straightened out no apologies or credit he threatened put me i. Jail if all the money wasn't there but he gave me illegal vehicles uhaul did nothing to fix problem if I will went to jail I will filed a lawsuit against yall I thi k news need to know
