I requested to return this truck to Union City, TN, but U haul sent me into an unknown territory of Hickman, KY. This was a tiny town a and further away than a Union City. UC is a college town and busy, so why divert me to a ghost town?! No one at the business and it looks deserted for years.
Kim DA little more thorough examination of the equipment. The passenger-side mirror wouldn’t stay in place. After adjusting it, it didn’t take long for the vibration of the truck to make it impossible to use. Then it would be adjusted again to the same effect.

Wiley GOriginally I had reserved a pickup location in Union City Tn. This was changed to this location in Hickman Ky and I was notified during my travel to Tenn. I reserved the Union City Location two weeks ahead of time for convenience. Changing to this location to me was not acceptable. Upon arrival this was handled remotely. After to had to wait for him to get a better cell signal to call me back several times. After I thought it was handled I realized that the dolly and pads were not there as requested. After a period of time he told me that his son would bring them to me. He assured me that he would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. He arrived 45 minutes later and his excuse was that he had another job and expected me to be okay with this. I have rented for U-Haul for many years and have never answered a customer survey for this company or any other. There are real problems with the Memphis coordination and specifically this location in Hickman. I do not appreciate the lack of professionalism or schedule changes that caused excess stress that a customer does not need in order to make it easier for U-Haul.
