Need to inform customers about all expenses. I was not told I had a set amount of miles to my destination and took one of many different ways to my destination and went over the amount of miles allotted and had to pay extra.

Staff was veryyyyyyyy untrained and not helpful at all!!!!!! Had to pay 300 for something that should have been done by your representative. Very disappointing and unprofessional service was given. Wish I could get a refund for my rental.
