We found the drop off location, but could not find the office to it. I called to find out what door to enter and he was told then he replied back to text instead of call. So I text him to find out where the entrance was and after a few minutes, he came walking through the gravel lot to the truck. It was very dirty location.

This u-haul location is a motorcycle club clubhouse..I paid cash for the moving truck and a deposit. Just to be double charged by the company. When I went to corporate over the matter. The regional boss refused to refund my money. The place is an undercover scam.
