Location was fine but the truck was very dirty, had a strong cigarette smell and the dolly ordered wasnt there. Went in the next day during business hours to pick up the furniture dolly ordered; they didnt have the one I needed.

I understand the one way rental business is hard, but better communication is essential. After our truck wasn’t available at 3 places, we were saved by the Scheduling Manager folks at headquarters who OK’d a bigger truck for the same price so we wouldn’t have to drive 40 miles to a fourth location.

Michelle PThe trailer was still snowed-in (even though it had not snowed in a week), with the connector of the lights cable frozen in a pile of ice. The employees at the location did not know how to check me out. I did everything myself. I even had to spend 20 minuters in freezing rain to shovel a pathway to access the trailer.
Peter KSystem was down for hours and I was not allowed to have my rental on time. I was not reimbursed anything for this.
