The trailer was still snowed-in (even though it had not snowed in a week), with the connector of the lights cable frozen in a pile of ice. The employees at the location did not know how to check me out. I did everything myself. I even had to spend 20 minuters in freezing rain to shovel a pathway to access the trailer.
Peter KSystem was down for hours and I was not allowed to have my rental on time. I was not reimbursed anything for this.

Jeff GTerrible experience! The System was down and after driving 1 hour I was told I could wait! After continued expressed frustration I was then given the option to download the app. After doing that I was told that the reservation time was wrong and that it couldn't be changed and that I would have to go to another location several miles away! I asked to call corporate to help navigate and was informed that wasn't an option. To note I also called the day before to confirm pickup time of 8AM and location time. With original reservation I also informed the representative it was a 1-way to Maine and they had it marked as local with a 30 mile cap! I spent an hour trying to secure the reservation before being successful.
