No one around , when I dropped off. Tried to call 4 or 5 times , no one would answer my call. Just had numbers to direct calls. But no number for U-Haul. But it worked out,they got it checked in for me. Carl

When renting online it allowed me to select an appliance dolly as an add on which I absolutely needed for this move. This location, however, doesn’t have any appliance dolly’s. We had to find another location which had one and go pick it up from there before we could even do anything, which ate into our time. There shouldn’t be an option for add ons if they are not available.
