First off the key lock boxes weren’t under cover and the lock was frozen. Took 10 min between my hands to warm it enough. Then the box itself was frozen shut. Once I finally got the key out I opened the drivers door and the floor mat was covered in mud. Tried to open the back but again frozen shut. Wasn’t until I finally got home I was able to open it and the floor looked like someone moved farm animals in it. Covered with dirt and hay. Returned it 2 hrs ahead of time and when returning it said I was going to be charged $25 for cleaning fee. Thankfully it wasn’t. I took the floor mat out and scrubbed it with snow to clean the mud off. I definitely will never rent from this location again.

I would like a full refund i could not use the van for only a couple mile as it was leaking transmission fluid so I did use it
Joseph BThe back of the 15ft truck I rented was full of dried mud. With that being said it is in a dirt parking lot. There was no utility dolly and the bag of pads on the wall in the back was torn open and no pads. I used the self check in and they ask if I used the pads or dolly. I had to call my rep at Uhaul to ensure I would not get charged. overall satified
