The pick up location was fine, the bigger issue was I booked the trailer for pick up in Amherst and ( 10 min from Sackville NB which was my starting point) - I get a call and an email to tell me the trailer location was now Hillsborough which was 65 min ( one way) from Sackville. Having no options I had to drive WAY out of my way to fetch the trailer. I had to go thru Moncton 25 min away - and passed a massive UHaul location had trailers 5’x8’ parked - so someone needs to look at central booking process. Massive customer inconvenience
