There was a last minute issue that came up with our existing reservation but Jason took the initiative to make sure we had another rental reserved in time before our reservation time. He also took the time to give me a call and explain the situation. This was amazing because we only had a limited amount of time on Hilo to complete a job and just want to really thank Jason for his help!!

JAMES GHowever, the app is terrible. I could not get the photos of the gas level and the mileage to load and I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone. Due to it being past 5 o’clock, just barely.
