Using the app to pick up the truck was cumbersome. It had issues with accepting the year portion of the dates and did not provide an easy interface. It took 30 minutes and 2 calls to support before I was able to get the keys, then I had to take pictures. I thought the return would be easier since the location was open but no I had to use the app again. I'm a technology professional and I didn't like this process one bit. I would not recommend.
