The U-Haul App is still quite rough, IMO, not yet ready for entirely-self-service. It was a pain in the butt. That said, the truck was awesome! Much better than U-Haul experiences of years ago! Would be happy to help you improve the app. I d such work professionally. Cheers!

Kathleen SThe woman there at pickup didn't seem to know much. For example, she said that the tank was half full, when it was full, and didn't get a good enough copy of the driver's license. However, the man who called to get the information was very helpful.
