It was hard to find the office and the location is problematic. Adjustment of straps was very difficult due to rust. We sprayed WD40 on them to b able to use this safety feature. The light on the driver’s side did not work (so it wasn’t checked before we left the office) and it took roadside assistance 1.5 hours to get some to our location which delayed our departure.

NAKITA SI can't think of anything that could improve the experience. This location is easy to get in and out of, staff is always friendly and it's never busy so it's a quick and easy process.
