The dealer was fine and the process. What is t fine is the added ridiculous charges that aren't added into the quote when you reserve the truck. Had I'd know I was still going to be paying $50 just to rent it for a couple hours and only got a few miles I would wouldn't have gotten it. My quote came out to just under $30 which I was able to afford them I get hit with an amount double that to my card. THAT IS NOT OK!!!!! Uhaul needs to do better for their customers pockets
JOHANNA WVery helpful and friendly. Answered the phone every time I called and walked out to help ensure we knew where to park. Only downside is very limited parking and that the office is behind a locked gate because this is a car towing service that also does U-Haul rentals.
