Tell people about the damn tow light. Oregon explained it, LA never mentioned it. Irritating because I asked if there was anything I need to know about the truck. Other than that, fine.

It took 45 minutes to get my truck, which had been preordered and reserved. I had ordered a furniture dolly and asked for a blanket as well. When I got to the location to pick up my furniture (a one hour drive) I discovered that neither had been put on the truck. I had to return to UHaul to get the dolly so the item could be unloaded. When I got to the drop off location, I discovered the dolly was not tall as pictured, but just small and flat. My item was a six foot tall 250 lb cabinet.

Due to there being such a selection of U-Haul vehicles parked at this facility there was no room for customers to temporarily park. To park on the street is "Metered" parking, and this generation doesn't carry loose change. Other then that it was a great experience.

The trailer did not have a trailer jack to remove the trailer from my truck. I asked the employees when I rented the trailer and they said you have to lift it up by hand. I hurt my back real bad while doing it this

I was told gas was $3/gallon if Uhaul had to fill up themselves. It turns out it was $5/gallon AND I'd have to pay $30 more if it was under 1/4 full. I was given the truck at a little over 1/4 full. I told the rep that I wasn't told and the misinformed amount. He pointed out the fine print, as if it was my fault..... He was kind about it all but such a rip off. I had to pay $80 EXTRA because of some stupid rule. 3 gallons of gas shouldn't cost $80!!!! I'm going to Budget or anyone else next time. It's absurd.

Need to be a little more personable ( greetings very dry ) otherwise everything was great

worse experience ever. the truck got towed from the front of my house for no reason at all. it took 4 days for the lady to get it out, and she charged me 5 additional days even though I never used it.

The actual parking area was a little chaotic. For instance I has to wait 5 to 10 minutes to pull in returning my vehicle because they were sending out a truck through the entrance and had to do the whole check out with them. It's a small thing and I didn't mind, but it was a little off.

It is a very cramped location. When I came to return the truck, there was hardly room to park in the lot. It would also be helpful to know where customers can park their cars when picking up the vehicle, since the customer parking was blocked by trucks.

Be able to schedule 24/7 pick up in store for future date. Also make clearer when using 24/7 experience that if you don’t pick up vehicle in a certain time that reservation will be cancelled. Jeffery Mejia helped me out before the store was open. Without him I would not have been able to rent the vehicle at the time frame I wanted.

The Uhaul app is very user friendly. It does not explain how the app ends up scheduling the rentals. It takes too long to figure out.

The hitch just took an hour and a half longer than estimated which frustrated me. And paid $60 for expedited shipping which is quite pricey. Thus, I would expect a 2 business day max for shipping

They never bothered to show me how the latches work for the door and there were problems with it. The door would not close. I had to hire someone else to move my stuff as it was a time factor. The manager was rude to me. I would never use this location.

Great location for picking up a van. Lots of choices and always good inventory available. However, the employees seem completely uninterested in helping the clients. They look bored and tired. Very long wait at the counter and again to get the van because one employee had parked her car blocking the van and they couldn’t locate her. I hope next time will be better.

Staff should be more friendly.

Let customer know how to return the vehicle after closing time. I almost forgot to ask and was not familiar with the location.

The dashboard panel was falling off, and fell every time you touched the emergency brake it fell off. The large back door was really hard to close-needed WD 40.

The survey is asking the wrong questions. The location was average. The problem was with reservations for the area. The woman that I spoke with was rude and had a problem with the fact that I was asking questions after the location of my rental was change by U-Haul due to an error in inventory. I asked to speak to anyone else because it was obviously a problem for her to do her job. You say you record conversations for training purposes, you should listen to mine. That area reservation person should be fired because she has cost you a lot of future business. It was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul and in the future if I have the opportunity to use Penske, I will.
