I returned the truck yesterday, Sunday, around 2pm to the lady who was working at the gas station, because there was nobody from Uhaul in charge to receive the truck. The lady tried to call someone from Uhaul and it was said to leave the key with the lady. Unfortunetly, I just received an email charging an Extra day today. There are cameras at the gas station and I have photos and videos recorded proving I returned the truck on November 2nd, as agreed. Extra charge is unacceptable.
