I was very pleased with the professional, friendly service, from both individuals who assisted me with the reservation when I walked into the office.
JOSE AI would highly recommend during business hours. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. However, I do not like the area after hours. If I was able to have someone with me, maybe I would have felt better; however, I didn't and I was so nervous and uncomfortable. I had a horrible experience with the mobile app not working when I went to pick up the truck after hours. I had a reservation but because my mobile app was not working, I had to restart a whole new reservation via the Internet on my phone. I was standing outside the location extremely vulnerable waiting to be verified, had to take my wallet out to enter a credit card number. Upon returning the truck, it was too dark, I did not park the truck in the back where returns were located. I parked the truck in the front of the building and once again, the mobile app was not working. I would advise to add a lot more lighting in the back. I did not like the after hours experience at all.
