only one person to make everything makes that it takes so long the process to pick up some equipment. Even no person to help to pick up the trailers that are heavy and difficult to do by only one person. It takes more than an hour to pick up a simple trailer. The delivery was fast, but also, nobody to help the customers to receive the equipment.
