This was the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life.i use uhaul a lot with work and this one did it for me .picking up the truck the guy was lost then he checks me out and calls me 35 minutes later said i have to come back because he forgot to get a copy of my license.i tried to explain to him that i have 3 guys on payroll waiting for me that i was sure we can’t resolve this with out me going back.he said no and that he was going to call the police report the truck stolen and accuse me of theft if I didn’t bring it back right away.i told him to go ahead and do what his supervisor told him to do.as soon as I got to my destination I call 1800 numbers and took care of the issue.today dropping of the truck I guess he was still upset because i didn’t take the truck back when he said.he start treating me like crap. Looking for details to up charge I personally hose the whole truck down so in the back of the box water piled up in a corner with the dirt residue in the corner.he jumps out the truck and start telling me that oil that oil I said touch it and u will see that it was a small corner of dirt.so at that moment I told him to do his job and clean up the little bit of dirt in a corner.im a regional manager for Baywood hotels I’ve been here for over 15years and I have never experienced this kind of treatment.
