Absolutely terrible beyond the fact that they were friendly they still did not give the proper equipment they couldn't use their tablet properly they couldn't get anything right and it was a total disaster and I almost had to go back because they didn't put the right insurances on it was terrible if it wasn't for your customer service person Heather that finally worked everything out it would have been a disaster and we had to pay people for hours that they didn't work because we didn't know if we could have the truck properly.

Minimally helpful. Had to back the trailer into a very tight location without help. Dropped the trailer off 3 days early but they didn’t close the contract until after my due date. Thankfully I called Uhaul customer service and they were great!
