Seemed very scammy and uninviting, it’s a random gas station that looks like it has nothing to do with U-Haul I would recommend looking into the establishment to see if it is someone U-Haul should be partnered with

SYLVESTER BManager didn’t know anything about U-Haul. Ordered furniture pads not provided, and I ended up going to 4 locations before getting them. After several moves, this was my worst U-Haul experience yet.
Jason DIf I could give a zero I would. Please do not rent from this place. I turned in rental next day and was charged for 8 days. I had to contact uhaul customer service to send a email to manager for him to put in the system I brought the rental back. The manager did not correct the dates I had the rental which was 1 day. The manager leaves it at 8 days and now they want to charge me for days I did not use the equipment. Now no one seems to hear me but want money. As a result, they hear the complaint but does nothing about it. Dont rent from them.
Evonne HI asked about the save $25 if you sweep and fold the blankets. They had no idea about what I was referring to. Which l don't think I'll receive your offer.
