I was given very little attention. I had to pull the trailer out from a partially blocked location and attach it to the hitch by myself.

Don’t change my pickup location the day before I was supposed to pick up the truck. I picked the pickup location based on ease and picking it up for a large reputable location and you changed it without talking to me to a small third party location. Since there are other options, I will not use U-Haul again.
