They charged me for extra miles when that was supposed to have been covered when I picked up the truck because I had to drive 33 miles from my home to pick up the truck, I'm very disappointed

Rebel HI cannot bring myself to say anything positive about U-Haul because of how difficult the process was just to rent for 2.5 hours and 12 miles. Horrible customer service from trying to use the online system to trying to get help from corporate. Ridiculously cumbersome and extreme time wasting for resolution. Will not use again, recommend or give a good rating.
