Unfortunately, the site manager was not prepared for the day. Late opening. Truck had not been checked in nor cleaned out. Receipt information was not correct. It took us almost an hour to get the rental. And we were the first customer. Pleasant manager. Probably shouldn't be running a U-Haul business out of a resale shop. Online customer service was no help. Kept bouncing me around. No one could do anything until the last person, who was very helpful.
