It had too much movement. Such as the hitch did not seem it was tight enough. The lady told me it was a 2" ball but I think it had to be bigger than that so I had a lot of jarring on the road.

JOHN SThe original contract with U-Haul for a Trailer rental was set-up incorrectly. The pick up was set for 7/18/25 and drop-off on 7/21/25. This was wrong. The pick-up date was correct, but it was scheduled for a sub station office in Cayce, SC, more than 30 minutes from my house. I actually had an office 5 minutes from my house, but this was not the assigned location. I went there anyway, and upon arrival I was greeted by a man who told me the lady that handled U-Haul called in sick and he could not rent me a trailer. I called customer service and they set the pick-up for the office 10 minutes from my house. I wasted over an hour do to U-Haul's poor scheduling and logistics. Based on this experience, U-Haul would not be my company of choice. Maybe, you ought to give me some kind of discount for my wasted time and aggravation.
