My truck did not have the Dollie’s or furniture pads in the truck as it was supposed to. The guy inside was somewhat helpful with telling me he had some Dollie’s inside and allowed me to load the 2 Dollie’s by myself in the truck. But he was out of furniture pads, which I paid for and did not receive the money back for those.
