I'm not sure what I can do to improve this experience or location. I was hesitant at first to use this location due to their bad reviews. should of followed my first mind. There was a lady there acted like she didnt know what she was doing. she originally was trying to charge me more for the rental. upon gettting in truck there was no gas and tire was low. was told they was going to refund me for gas if brought back 1/4 of a tank. needless to say that didnt happen. went returned truck I was charged more than my rental. saying i booked for one way. called the next day they hadnt checked truck in and they were very rude upon trying to resolve my issue. called customer service to fix the proble. problem still hasnt been rectified. dont rent from tis location!!!

The vehicle was dirty and the vehicle sounded like it was going to break down any minute. Inwas worried the whole time about my safety and if I was going to get stranded in the road. This vehicle has not been properly maintained. The staff was unfriendly except for the female worker. She was very helpful.

JOHN SI was scheduled for 4 o'clock pick up in Montrose. 1 hour before pick up I get an email my location has been moved across town. I called and let them know aI was not going to make it in time with the late change. The lady told me they would give me an extension. Cool. Once I get their. They tell me Im the one who needs to do the walk through and upload the pics. Ok, now Im doing your job. Fine. The lady asks me how many miles, I stated ai didnt know so she said guess, but they would upload pics to see final use. I drop off van. I dont get a link to upload final Pics of odometer. I only went 9 miles. Today I looked at my receipt and they charged me for 26.5 miles and falsified the first reading of where the odometer was. Tsk, tsk. Be careful, these people are sneaky.
