Upon arriving to this location- I was so disappointed that they didn’t have any dollies that initially reserved. The place was not friendly at all. I will not recommend this place.
SHERYL Jtruck was dirty, pulls to the right and left constantly, gas was lower than indicated on forms, etc.
ZACHARY FThey charged me $302.50 and supposed to refunded me back that same day 7/15(10 minutes canceled in the same place) Reliable Auto's.because trailer was old and front desk lady did my info incorrectly, but I ended rent better trailer right information for $266.81. Guy told me that was immediately refunded, I called the place and he told me that is my bankproblem now. To wait 5 days. Today is 10 days. 7/25.
DANIEL FThe employee helped me hook up trailer, then totally disappeared. I could not get out because another trailer was in the way. I tried to find employee to help me get out, but he was nowhere to be found. I had to disconnect, move my trailer manually to get around other trailer, then rehook. Employee to to hang around until customer drivers off the lot. The equipment was dirty.
