They did not have the pads we ordered, the truck was very dirty. As soon as we left we noticed the front tire was very low. We had to rush to put air in it before the movers arrived. The area has lots of traffic too.

They were roaches dead and alive in the rental. Now roaches throughout my belongings. I told them at the desk and he said to call the 800 number for a refund as if it was something that they were used to hearing.
FOLASADE BWhen I picked up the truck the inside bed was filthy. I had to throw-out drink cups in the cup holders from the front seat. They clearly do not clean out their vehicles. The driver door barely closed. There was a check engine light on that said the left RR wheel was low and needed to be filled. They charged me for 118 miles -- which I did NOT drive. You couldn't confirm the mileage because of the check engine message that was consistently on. I filled the tank to OVER the 3/8 mark as instructed and they lied and said I only filled it 1/4 of tank. WHO DOES THIS? These people are the worst. Their lot is not secure. They have broken down fences...how do they stay in business. They are THIEVES!! Do not do business with them!!
KELLY BI'm not sure what I can do to improve this experience or location. I was hesitant at first to use this location due to their bad reviews. should of followed my first mind. There was a lady there acted like she didnt know what she was doing. she originally was trying to charge me more for the rental. upon gettting in truck there was no gas and tire was low. was told they was going to refund me for gas if brought back 1/4 of a tank. needless to say that didnt happen. went returned truck I was charged more than my rental. saying i booked for one way. called the next day they hadnt checked truck in and they were very rude upon trying to resolve my issue. called customer service to fix the proble. problem still hasnt been rectified. dont rent from tis location!!!
KIM JThe vehicle was dirty and the vehicle sounded like it was going to break down any minute. Inwas worried the whole time about my safety and if I was going to get stranded in the road. This vehicle has not been properly maintained. The staff was unfriendly except for the female worker. She was very helpful.
