Very nice
Cynthia RThey were soo rude and I got my reservation at 9:45. I didn’t get into the U-Haul until almost 1045.and had to be at my job to pick my tools up and also were asking to give them cash and not worry about it
John CPoor customer service agent doesn’t know what they are doing. It’s inside of a store. Agents are lost takes a long time. Agents have to ask different people because of their lack of knowledge. No one has people skills and how to great a customer. They said yeah what you want? Talking over you to customers behind you. This location is horrible. I seen the previous reviews, but didn’t believe it at first. I seen for myself it’s worse than what I thought. This location is horrible I would not recommend at all.
Teela HThe person handling the transaction was very rude and disrespectful. He and ended up getting into an argument as this individual was cursing at me. I definitely won’t be doing business there again.
