I rented this item for 6 hrs but because this location closes at 8 pm I was forced to bring it back at 8pm or before only giving me 2 1/2 hrs to get what I needed done. I didn’t get what I paid for and I am upset
SARAH PEverything went great... Except, I went to return after my two days. There is a problem. I paid the the payment for two days, insurance and 100 miles. I was owed $21 in change. I asked them to hold till my return. Big problem,the meter said I drove 2000 miles. No way,1st day didn't go as planned. The 2nd day, I drove maybe 20 -30 at most. I didn't receive the left over miles or the change. Infact I paid another $20 for another use on Tuesday. A NIKE show keychain on the house. I'm pretty sure they will make it right. I will rent again and all employees are really cool. It was a system problem with 🖥️. Their so close to my apartment 😄 Thxs again. See y'all on Tuesday. 😁 Will update...super cool guys.

CARMEN SThe vehicle was not handicap approved. The step-ups is too high for a person with knee problems. Very hard to get into. Need to have a step up available. Don't offer senior citizen discount. The charge for milages is a bit much.
