The owner of the furniture store was rude. He came and took the keys away from me Before I could finish taking photos of the truck to ensure no extra charges were going to be applied. He walked up to me smoking a cigarette and smoke was going in my face when he was getting the keys from me. The location was very small and difficult to navigate.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat
Ryan Mthe gentleman who checked us in looked at the trailer connection and noted it was rusted and unable to tighten correctly. He sprayed it with WD 40 and used a wrench to loosen it so it was no longer stuck, but it was not working for us when we towed the trailer and cause damage to our car because of this problem.
