He was 30 mins late for the reservation. Very rude and didn't go over the trailer. Trailer light wiring was too short and the wiring was broken and was duct taped together. I had to go purchase an extension to get that working. The straps that went around the tire was too short also and wouldn't go around the tire so I had to purchase 2 tow straps to make it work.

HECTOR RRented a trailer that still has prior customer's padlock on it. Had to have roadside assistance come out to remove it. Also, location is a used car lot. Muddy with overgrown grass. Not pleasant.
