First, the fact that my “preferred” rental location was confirmed and then changed multiple times including up to 15 hours before my scheduled pickup time is ridiculous. I was bounced around from location to location and eventually was told in order to pickup the trailer I had to drive 20 miles south to get it, ridiculous. Once I got there the owner told me I had to use an alternate “emergency” contact. Also, the dolly and furniture pads that were part of my reservation were not available at the location. So I had to drive 30 mins out of my way to have my reservation not even taken care of. The worst experience.

I dropped it off after hours. The lot was very dark and hard to see. I was afraid of my car getting stuck in one of the holes in the ground. So I just left the trailer in the lot and didn’t attempt to park it “properly” because I couldn’t see very well

It took way too long. On top of the fact that this was the third place I had to drive to in order for U-haul to fill my reservation because the first locations didn't have my truck. Even though it let me make a reservation a week ago to pick up that truck.

Pleasing the client should be the goal from beginning to end. I gave an approximate mileage that was 3 times less. The fee's were debited from my checking acct. for the approximated miles , causing overdraft fee"s the balance due has yet to appear back in my acct. I am still distressed.
