Better maintenance on the vehicle,need to check the brakes and all mechanical features
Carlton CI parked my car in the designated lot as instructed by the worker because they closed at 4 on Saturdays. Upon returning my vehicle was blocked by other vehicles that had been returned and there was nowhere for me to leave my rental or retrieve my vehicle. I was told by a uhual rep to take the rental with me and return it the following day and I would not be charged for the extra day or miles and receive a possible discount for the inconvenience. Upon returning the lot was open but no worker could be found so I had to drop the keys off and the drop box and leave without speaking to someone. My receipt was emailed days later and I was indeed charged for the extra day and mileage and the location doesn't have a number.
