CYNTHIA GWe dropped off the trailer when they were not open. It was difficult maneuvering the trailer in a spot on a VERY crowded area. There were no wooden blocks to stop the trailer from rolling so we had to turn it at a weird angle to prevent it from rolling into surrounding vehicles.
HILARY PDon't rent from this location!! First of all they scratched and dented the back of my car installing the trailer. Then they came around the side of my car to talk to me so I wouldn't notice. They are not honest and ethical. It is a sad and depressing auto repair shop with a parking lot full of junk cars and a few UHaul trailers and trucks. I wouldn't leave my car unlocked in the parking lot. They will have to move and rearrange things to get to the equipment and that's when damage occurs. If I could leave it zero stars I would.
