I was charged $15 dollars for a safe move fee. I didn’t agree to that charge, I only needed the truck for a few hours, so I didn’t need it. Everything was filled out behind the counter on a computer, that which I had any knowledge of this charge.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen a dolly is rented, actually put the dolly in the truck. I rented one, didn’t receive it. Marked it as not received on the app, and was still charged for it. Not to mention the truck had absolutely no gas in it. First thing I had to do was go to a gas station. Very poor experience overall.
