Easy.Accessible friendly front desk clerk no issues
LAURA NNEEDS TO BE PAINFULLY CLEAR THAT THIS IS A ROUND TRIP VEHICLE. I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $260+ for not returning it. I made my reservation IN PERSON. And wasn’t made aware. I feel like this is predatory I’m extremely disappointed. We were within the city and state and I had accidentally put twice as much gas in the tank. They made this issue and they benefit so they didn’t care. I was hung up on the first time I called.
GRANT UWe encountered a couple of bumps but the guy was extremely helpful and we worked it out. Beware that this location is small and only has one size truck and no appliance dollies.
